Reflection on [Major Written Project]
With the project proposal written ahead, I had a somewhat clearer vision of my major written project before I started writing. I followed the general logic I proposed in the proposal to create my arguments, with rectifying some parts of it. I also kept looking for more sources that I thought can better support my ideas and argument. The research process took a lot of time but it was worth doing, because I dig more marvellous sources to update and refine my evidence. My tone was quite straight. Thus, in order to add some colour to my work, I tried to apply the method of description and comparison at the beginning of my article. I believed in this way, I can attract my audience attention, and gave them a general peek of what I am going to say in the following. I not only used scientific definition to persuade and inform my readers, but also wrote examples and stories, to entertain them and make my argument clear and comprehensible. Finishing the draft, I read it myself and at the same time, kept asking myself questions like "Is my argument direct and believable here?" "What my readers would like to see more here?" Then I brainstormed and revised some details. I also condensed some unnecessary paraphrase of resources to make my argument more efficient and valid.
